New Image Software - Support & Upgrade Policy

Support Request
All technical support requests must be submitted on a New Image Technical Support Request form. We attempt to follow up all support requests within 2 hours during normal business hours. Support will be provided via email or phone based on the request submitted. Be sure to include a detailed explanation of your support request and include the number(s) at which you can be reached.

New Purchases
Customers who purchase new products receive Unlimited Live Help and FREE upgrades for 90 days.

Annual Maintenance Plan
Annual Maintenance includes ALL maintenance releases for one year from the date of purchase at 25% of the current purchase price and can be renewed annually.

Subscription Plans
Subscription Plan users are welcome to download upgrades at any time.

Upgrade Pricing
Upgrades for users who are not on Maintenance Upgrades will cost 50% - 75% of the new selling price based on the product being upgraded from. If you would like to purchase an Upgrade, contact our sales or technical support department. Annual Maintenance OR Subscription Plan users are welcome to download upgrades at any time.

Live Help
Regular Live Help support is billed at $29 per 15 minute interval*. Annual Unlimited Support plans available @ $29 per month (billed quarterly) or $299 per year. Annual plans do not include Windows OS support, the re issuance of license keys due to hard drive crashes or the transference of a license from one computer to another.

*Support outside of the scope of New Image products is handled on a per case basis solely at the discretion of New Image technical support personnel.
